Panic is the enemy, Structure is your weapon

"Sir, I have exam in 12 hours and I feel like I know nothing."

I get this message every exam season.

And my answer is always the same:

That feeling is a lie your stressed brain tells you.

When stress hormones flood your system, your brain literally cannot access stored memories as efficiently.

You know more than you think you know right now.

Here's your 12-hour game plan:

Hours 1–3: Revise your strongest topics. Rebuild confidence.

Hours 4–6: High-weightage formulae, case laws, theory summaries. Quick passes only.

Hours 7–8: Eat. Walk 20 minutes. No phone. No comparing with friends.

Hours 9–10: Sleep. This is non-negotiable.

Hour 11: Light breakfast. No new topics.

Hour 12: Travel. Arrive early. Breathe.

You don't win in the final 12 hours.

You don't lose in them either — if you're smart.

Panic is the enemy. Structure is your weapon.

Share this with a friend who has an exam tomorrow.
