You know what CA/CS/CMA students' most common study session looks like?

9:00 AM — "I'll start at 9:30."

9:30 AM — "Let me check messages first."

10:00 AM — "I'll start after breakfast."

11:00 AM — "I need to be in the right mood."

12:00 PM — "I'll do a proper 3-hour session after lunch."

2:00 PM — "Just one YouTube video."

5:00 PM — "It's too late to start now. I'll have a productive evening."

Evening — guilt, scrolling, more guilt.

This is not laziness.

This is the brain avoiding discomfort.

Studying for professional exams is mentally painful.

Your brain is designed to move AWAY from pain.

The solution isn't willpower.

Willpower is finite and unreliable.

The solution is lowering the activation energy.

Don't sit down to "study for 3 hours."

Sit down to "open the book for 5 minutes."

5 minutes always becomes 45.

Because once you start, resistance disappears.

The hardest part of any study session isn't the middle.

It's the beginning.

Master the beginning. And you'll master everything.

Comment "STARTING NOW" if you're opening your book after reading this.
